Warranty Policy

Thanks a lot for purchasing ToolitRC charger. If you are experiencing issues with charger, feel free to contact us so we could assist. You can reach one of our service members by opening a ticket with us. 

Please check below is a general guideline to ticket support system.

Chargers

  • The ToolkitRC warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, it covers the charger as an entirety to be free from defects in workmanship.
  • Only the initial owner is covered under the warranty, units bought used are not covered.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided upon request.

If a component is deemed faulty, the service center will assist in one of two ways:  

  • Provide replacement parts for the user to change out.
  • Connects the user with our service center (US/EU/INDIA/CHINA). The user will need to cover one way shipping from their location to the service center. Service center staff will diagnose, fix and ship the unit back to the user.

We are unable to accept requests beyond the two methods listed above. Please contact your local reseller first if your situation meets their Replacement policy.

Accessories and other components

  • This warranty is carried out by the retailer in which these products was purchased from. The ticket system can only answer questions and provide instructions.

Other

  • Due to limited resources, the ticket system cannot assist in providing personal customization needs on firmware/features/function.
  • Damage caused by mishandling (wrong polarity, over current, humidity etc.), external forces, aftermarket hardware changes and changes in firmware are not covered under warranty.
  • The terms of service are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund policy

We strive to offer you a rewarding shopping journey on toolkitrc.com. Should your order fall short of your expectations, rest assured that we facilitate returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

We can only process returns for items bought directly from ToolkitRC official website (www.toolkitrc.com). If you purchased products from authorized retailers, kindly reach out to them directly for return assistance.

To start a return, you need opening a ticket firstly. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and guidance on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or amended.

RETURNS
1) The product(s) must have been purchased directly from www.toolkitrc.com and have never been used. The returned product (s) must be in new condition with the original packaging.

2) Except in cases where the item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, customers will be responsible for covering the costs (including but not limited to shipping and customs fees) associated with returns.

3) A 20% Restocking Fee will apply on returns that are not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.

4) Your refund will be issued in the original method of your purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a Return/Exchange request online by contacting us under your ticket no on Freshdesk.
2. Upon approval, send the package back to ToolkitRC using economy shipping. Please note that expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
3. Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt of your returned items at our factory. In cases requiring thorough testing, processing may take up to 7-14 business days.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, ToolkitRC reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like-kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.

Processed exchange within 5-10 business days after we receive the item, and send you the tracking number.

*All Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of ToolkitRC.
